Collection and delivery
Cash in the shop, or a courier, or UPI noted against your order.

How a piece leaves Higher Church Street, and how you pay for it.
Collection
The simplest way is to collect from 12 Higher Church Street, Blackburn, BB2 1JG. There is no carriage charge. Bring your order number. If you chose cash, bring the total. If you chose UPI, the reference you typed at checkout is what we match before the bag is handed over. We will also confirm that match with you on Instagram if anything looks unclear.
Delivery
UK delivery is £8, and it is waived when the pieces in the order reach £150. The courier needs a full address and a phone number that is yours, not a number guessed from a profile. Someone should be in to receive a boxed dress. Handbags travel in a dust bag inside a box. Pearls travel in their pouch, inside the same box if they share an order.
Cash
Cash means cash on collection, or cash to the courier where a courier is willing to take it. The order is received as soon as you place it. The money is taken when the piece changes hands. We do not pretend a card machine you have not seen.
UPI
UPI is offered because many of our clients pay that way. At checkout you write the reference from your payment. The order is received immediately on screen. The boutique then pairs that reference with the order before anything is released. We do not publish a made-up UPI ID on this page, because sending money to an address we invented would help no one.
